INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Cabana no Rio, Portugal
Nestled within the quiet slope of the Vez River, this project reimagines wellness architecture as a contemplative refuge rather than a spectacle. Inspired by the humble clarity of a birdwatching cabin, Cabana no Rio is a lightweight, prefabricated timber structure designed to complement the historic stone watermill it neighbours.
A place of quiet immersion and curated rest, the spa is not a destination, but a pause. It does not attempt to outshine the landscape or history; instead, it observes, listens, and frames them.
Crafted from local chestnut, cork, granite, and reed, and elevated lightly on footings, the building opens softly to the river and forest. Every material, gesture, and path celebrates the rhythm of water, time, and stillness.

Properties Offices, Johannesburg
Completed in 2023, this complete office renovation project took quite a challenge to downsize an office space from 800sqm to 400sqm, while still providing enough space for each department. With carefully placed walls we have managed to achieve an open plan concept with enough privacy and acoustic qualities for each staff member to focus and have their own free space.

Viking Head Offices, Johannesburg
Designed by ARCPOP, this office project aimed to create a more open and natural space with more freedom to move around the building, consisting of executive offices, an open plan, kitchenette, reception, boardroom and meeting rooms, a canteen and an outdoor break-away space.

Completed in 2023, this complete office renovation project was exciting to keep the heritage charm of the site context and our client story, breathing it into a fresh new space inspired by nature, biomimicry, our client corporate identity and company values, and contextuality in an industrial heavy zone.
Umfolozi Hotel & Spa
Introducing Umfolozi Hotel & Spa, a community-driven project in collaboration with Profurn Contracts, aiming to transform an old hotel in Kwa-Zulu Natal into a contemporary luxury experience. Our objective is to collaborate with local community and specialists to create an experience that reflects the cultural and natural beauty of the region, focusing on context, spirit of place, and programmatic function.
