Interior space planning and renovations of entire building; Working drawings for costing, information and construction; Detail drawings of custom design pieces, liaising with contractors and specialists; Interior look&feel concept and specification documents; Bill of quantities, project budgets and construction programs; Liaising with clients, contractors and project managers; Assistance with installation, snagging and close-out documentation
Completed in 2023, this complete office renovation project took quite a challenge to downsize an office space from 800sqm to 400sqm, while still providing enough space for each department. With carefully placed walls we have managed to achieve an open plan concept with enough privacy and acoustic qualities for each staff member to focus and have their own free space.
